In Lincoln, California, a guy's yard is invaded by a large herd of sheep. They come in through an open gate and he has a lot of trouble getting rid of them. The city uses the sheep to control vegetation and reduce fire hazards. He has no luck until his wife comes out with one of the kids tambourines and shakes it, apparently none of them wanted to be in the band.
