Is silent but deadly really a thing? This YouTube "expert" explains why the answer is yes. He tells us that is is hydrogen sulfide that makes them stink and it makes up only 1% of the fart. If you had 30 times the amount it would smell sweet and 100 times the amount it would kill you... with no smell!
