Barry Manilow has postponed his upcoming Las Vegas residency at Westgate.

The "Copacabana" singer took to Instagram on Friday (May 1) to share an update on his health and future shows amid his lung cancer diagnosis.

"I went to the doctor yesterday and he said I'm making great progress and look great!" Manilow, 82, shared in an Instagram Stories post, per Billboard. "All the training and exercising I've put in is paying off. He did say, however, that I'm not quite ready for Vegas. This means I won't be able to return for our May shows at Westgate Las Vegas. The Westgate Las Vegas is my home away from home and I'll see you all in July."

However, the iconic musician confirmed that he will still be performing his June shows in the U.K., per the outlet.

This isn't the first Manilow has postponed his Las Vegas residency. Back in February, he postponed his February dates at Westgate after being advised by his doctor.

"I'm doing great and recovering well after my surgery," he shared on his Instagram account at the time. "With my doctor's guidance and recommendation, however, we have decided to postpone my residency dates so I can stay focused on healing. Having a few extra weeks to rest is what the doctor ordered!"

In December 2025, the "Mandy" musician revealed that doctors had found a cancerous spot on his lung during testing after battling recurring bouts of bronchitis.
