Sciences Says to Make Decisions With Your Gut

It's time to stop listening to your brain and start trusting a body part that's much lower on your body. Your gut. What did you think I was referring to? A new study out of England found we're better off just trusting our first instinct . . . act first, ask questions later. Because when we second-guess ourselves, we wind up making worse decisions.

The researchers say it's because second-guessing leads to overanalyzing . . . and that just confuses our brain and stops us from thinking clearly.
