Polar Bear Cage

A guy working in the Arctic Circle, demonstrates his Polar Bear Cage that they have outside their door. He explains that Polar Bears often stalk them and the cage gives you an opportunity to see if there are any Polar Bears outside the building when you go out while remaining safe from them.
